Coconut laddoos
Ingredients: One can of condensed milk and Coconut powder 2 1/2 - 3 cup(s)
Method: In a mixing bowl, mix condensed milk with 2- 2 1/2 cups coconut powder. Form mixture into balls and roll in remaining coconut powder. Serve.

Jeera Biscuits
Ingredients: All purpose flour- 2 cups. Cooking oil- 3/4 to 1 cup. Sugar (ground)- 1/4 cup. Salt- 1 1/2 tsps. Jeera- 2 tsps. Baking powder- 1 tsp and one egg.
Method: Beat sugar and oil. Then add one egg and beat again. Then add flour, jeera,salt,baking powder and mix well. Give desired shape and place the biscuits on a cookie tray. Bake the biscuits for about 12-15 minutes at 350 F or 180 C or until they become light brown. That's it.
Nankhatai recipe
Ingredients: Ghee – 3/4 cup. Sugar (ground) – 1 cup. Refined Flour – 1 1/2 cups. Baking powder – 1/2 tsp. Kaju pieces – 2 tsps. Ground Jaiphal - ½ tsp. Elaichi powder – 1.25 tsp.
Method: First put sugar and ghee and mix it hand beater. When it becomes creamy, mix flour, baking powder, kaju, elaichi powder, and ground jaiphal. Then give desired shape and place on greased cookie tray and bake it for 15-20 minutes at 325 F or 160 C. That's it.
